ODM&OEM
Tailored beauty device solutions from innovative R&D to global certified mass production.
01
Design & Mold Development
After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project. If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing. If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing. Sometimes, customer will make a sample mold, which is smaller and cost less, Just for making samples.

Quality Guarantee & Testing
Sometimes, customer make a big mold directly, for both making samples and mass production. The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake. After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok. Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.
From Product Design to Mass Production
We provide integrated OEM / ODM manufacturing services for home beauty devices, covering product definition, R&D, mold development, injection molding, assembly, testing, packaging and delivery.
We start by understanding your target market, product positioning, feature requirements and brand direction, then define the right technical path and development goals.
Our industrial design, mechanical engineering and electronics teams work together on product appearance, internal structure, control logic and functional architecture.
Before mold development, prototype samples are made to verify structure, function performance, user experience and assembly feasibility.
After prototype approval, we move into mold design and tooling, followed by trial molding, tuning and dimensional confirmation for mass production readiness.
Plastic parts are produced through injection molding, with additional surface treatments such as printing, coating, plating or decorative finishing as required.
After PCBA production, firmware loading and pre-functional testing, all components move into final assembly with controlled mechanical and electrical integration.
